JR represents BOC’s interests before legislative bodies, associations, trade groups, and others. He leads BOC’s efforts in government advocacy and third party payer recognition for BOC practitioners and facilities. He also oversees BOC Facility Accreditation Surveyors and ensures that they conduct professional and efficient on-site surveys.

Jan paul strives to make every customer interaction a satisfying experience. He directs the certification application process and is working to make it as efficient and customer friendly as possible. Jan paul oversees the testing component of the certification process and works closely with BOC's subject matter experts and vendors. He also represents BOC at professional and industry events.

Wendy ensures excellent customer service and high quality work processes for BOC’s current and prospective accredited DMEPOS suppliers. She works closely with the Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) to ensure BOC’s accredited facilities comply with CMS’s rigorous standards. Additionally, Wendy is a sought-after and frequent speaker on facility accreditation topics at industry events.

Amy manages the day-to-day operations of the Facility Accreditation Department which includes monitoring quality, effectiveness, efficiency and above all, customer service. Her work with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and the Maryland Insurance Administration (MIA), as well as her pharmacy technician certification help her understand the needs of facilities seeking accreditation.

Debbie processes applications for suppliers seeking accreditation or reaccreditation. She assists suppliers in submitting the appropriate documentation and required fees. She also maintains the weekly CMS report of all facilities who have earned BOC accreditation.
